My name is Jill Calvert and my husband is Chad Calvert. We have a 12 year old son and a 10 year old daughter.

I have been in the childcare business for 20 years and I am Educated in the area of Early childhood Education.

I opened a childcare business in my home to be a more positive role model and stronger influence in my children's lives by being involved and available to help in their needs and development.

In doing so i have also taken on the role of being a surrogate parent / family, teacher and friend to other peoples children.

What I hope to accomplish in my childcare program is a safe learning home enviroment, project the feeling that you and your child are an extension to our family. I will be working with your child on values, manners, ABC's, numbers, color's and much much more!

My main goal is to help you as the parent's to have a "well rounded child" that is "Kindergarten ready"

I believe that children learn through play. My routines encourage active involvement, Meaningful experimentation and reinforcement through repetition. Schedules are designed which balance structure and free choice, As well as active and quiet time. Recognizing that children grow in predictable stages i treat each child as an individual, Working from the level each child has attained and moving forward a step at a time. I nurture a love for learning by allowing children to experience their own stage of development and helping them feel success without pressure.
